Great experience all around. I called to ask about getting on the schedule for tint on my truck and he worked me in short notice. Tint looks great and the shop is great too with a lot to do while you wait. I’ll definitely be back!

Love Snap! Great job with my matte wrap. Would've like to have known about the existence of the clear protective coat BEFORE having to come in for repairs, but hey ... LOL. I'll be back!

This is my second vehicle done by snap here and I'm going to go out and say he is the best around at his craft. A true professional. If you are looking to get your windows tinted in the Salem/Roanoke or any surrounding areas do yourself a favor and go to him. You will not regret it. Thanks again snap!!!

Honestly, probably the BEST experience I’ve had at ANY car related place I’ve had to go to for services. Upon arrival, the first thing I noticed was all of the welcoming activities provided for guests/a child’s entertainment. Being that my three year old had to come along, I was concerned about outbursts since we were going to be there awhile. She was thrilled by all the games, fun colors, and snacks provided WITH television. The employees were friendly and made us feel right at home, specifically Heather! They even sell merchandise and other little things for men and even women. I enjoyed feeling like I was important rather than another female who knows nothing about cars or the purpose of the service. I was made aware of things to avoid upon completion of the service (which was done perfectly). Our service was even completed before the said two hours. Highly recommend this great group of people. If it comes up again to need some tint, I will gladly go back here knowing they care about their customers to the fullest and do superb work. THANK YOU!
